The Gradient 3.0 is built with water in mind. Its sole, made from ultra-sticky Idrogrip rubber with traction lugs, provides a secure grip for both climbing and descending. The midsole features dual-density foam that cushions the heel while enhancing stability and control with denser foam in the forefoot. The durable upper, including a neoprene cuff, helps keep river grit out. With a spacious toe box for comfort and a removable insole to accommodate winter socks, these boots are versatile for all conditions.
Bren Orton led the design of the Gradient 3.0 from concept to final product, rigorously testing them over countless hours. We tragically lost Bren to the river in May 2024. To honor his legacy, a portion of every Gradient boot sale supports his family and preserves his memory.

Der Gradient 3.0 ist für den Einsatz im Wasser konzipiert. Seine Sohle aus ultra-klebrigem Idrogrip-Gummi mit Traktionsstollen bietet sicheren Halt beim Auf- und Abstieg. Die Zwischensohle besteht aus einem Schaumstoff mit doppelter Dichte, der die Ferse dämpft und die Stabilität und Kontrolle durch einen dichteren Schaumstoff im Vorfußbereich verbessert. Das strapazierfähige Obermaterial mit Neoprenmanschette schützt vor Schmutz aus dem Fluss. Die geräumige Zehenbox sorgt für Komfort und die herausnehmbare Einlegesohle bietet Platz für Wintersocken und macht diese Stiefel vielseitig einsetzbar.
Bren Orton war bei der Entwicklung des Gradient 3.0 vom Konzept bis zum fertigen Produkt federführend und hat ihn in unzähligen Stunden ausgiebig getestet. Wir haben Bren im Mai 2024 auf tragische Weise durch den Fluss verloren. Um sein Vermächtnis zu ehren, unterstützt ein Teil jedes Gradient-Stiefelverkaufs seine Familie und bewahrt sein Andenken.
