I ordered a new harness for kiteboarding at the last minute before leaving on a trip. The company kept me well informed during the shipping process form their warehouse and used a reputable shipping company with automatic package tracking so I was informed of the progress along the way. It arrived on time and was exactly as expected.

Site is easy to navigate, good options and sales. Wetsuit arrived before expected. Cleaning tabs were no longer tab, just powder, when they arrived and unprompted the service agent granted a discount. Will check out Watersports Outlet when my need arises again.

Fantastic experience! I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address (after recently having moved). Called customer service and a very friendly and kind agent changed the address to the correct one for me within minutes.

I brought my son to the Rancho Santa Margarita warehouse location to shop for a wetsuit and the 2 Hispanic guys working were great! They allowed my son to look at the wetsuits he was thinking of buying and they took the time and patience to get the wetsuits so he could take a look at them. Friendly guys who had great customer service skills - they did not seemed bothered and were able to assist us. We ended up buying a great full wetsuit and we will be back for a spring suit for the summer. I do not recall their names but they are an asset to your organization!

Product came quickly and at a great price. Giving four stars instead of five because it was packaged in only a plastic bag and one layer bubble wrap. Product arrived with huge gouge/ scratch on the back of harness. Disappointed to buy top end gear and start off with the big visual blemish.

Fast shipping, and well built quality product. The material is thicker and a righter weaver than other dry bags, overall burly and better than sea to summit and others.
