Meet the Rip Curl Elasto, a completely new generation of performance wetsuit, engineered to feel so light, flexible and comfortable that you forget you're even wearing it.

Built for surfers who demand maximum performance with zero restriction, Elasto brings together Rip Curl's latest breakthroughs in wetsuit technology. It combines Rip Curl's lightest construction to date, its highest level of stretch in the E7 neoprene family and rapid-drying E-DRY technology to create a suit designed around one thing: giving you total freedom in the water.

At the heart of Elasto is Elastomax Jersey, Rip Curl's new benchmark in stretch performance. Combined with ultra-lightweight Infinity Foam, the suit delivers exceptional flexibility while reducing overall weight. The upper body uses Infinity Foam across 40% of the suit, while the lower body uses Ocena® plant-based foam made from natural rubber, making up the remaining 60%.

The result is a wetsuit that moves with you rather than against you. A one-piece boomerang panel provides unrestricted stretch through key paddle zones, while profiled arms and legs create a more contoured fit for enhanced comfort, movement and performance. When it comes to warmth, Elasto doesn't compromise. E-DRY Thermo Lining, made with 100% recycled fibres, provides rapid-drying thermal insulation to help keep the suit warm and comfortable between surfs.

Every Elasto is finished with 100% Ultimate Taped Seams, helping improve seam sealing and durability while maintaining the exceptional flexibility the suit is built around. Depending on the model, Elasto is available with chest zip, back zip or zip-free entry systems.

And there's another major step forward beneath the surface. Elasto uses Ocena® 74% bio-based natural rubber foam, incorporating FSC-certified natural rubber, a FSC-certified foaming process, oyster shell powder and carbon black made from pyrolysed scrap tyres. Water-based lamination technology further reduces reliance on conventional solvent-based processes. This isn't simply another new wetsuit. It's Rip Curl pushing performance further.
