Returns

We offer a 60 day, easy return policy for unwanted items. Our return window begins on the date of purchase.

We ask that all items are returned to us in a clean, unused and resalable condition, complete with the original product packaging.

• Protect the packaging: Please use the reusable mailing bag provided to return your items. Please do not apply shipping labels or tape directly to branded product boxes (such as footwear or wetsuit boxes), as this makes the item unsellable. Items returned with damaged original packaging may be subject to a repackaging deduction from your refund.
• Documentation: Please enclose your return slip containing your order ID. If you no longer have this, clearly write your order ID on a piece of paper and include it inside your parcel.

Exclusions & Hygiene
To ensure the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following:

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cut-to-length rope, earplugs, or swimwear/undergarments where the hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with.
• Hygiene Strips: Please ensure all swimwear or wetsuits are tried on over underwear. Items returned without the original hygiene strips intact will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note: you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We do not currently offer a prepaid or collection service for Switzerland, so please arrange your return with a courier of your choice and pay for the postage at the time of sending. We recommend using a tracked service, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Issues or Faults?
On the rare occasion you have experienced an issue with the items received, please contact our dedicated customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.

Please ensure your parcel is clearly marked as a return to avoid it being sent back to you. Include the original tracking number and a copy of the paid Customs receipt with your chosen courier. Please also provide [email protected] (0044 1702 295678) as the contact details.

Start your return

Once your return has been delivered and signed for at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 working days* for your refund to be processed.

You will receive an email to confirm once your refund has been processed and funds should appear back into your account within 3-5 working days, depending on your original payment method.

Return postage is paid directly to your chosen courier and is not deducted from your refund.

*During our busier periods, please allow 10 working days before contacting our customer service team.

We do not offer an exchange service at this time. If you require a different size or product, please do return your item for a refund and a new order can be placed for your preferred product.

We love offering great value through our bundle deals! Because these items are sold as a discounted package, our returns system is set up to process them as a single unit.

To receive a refund, simply return the entire bundle to us in its original packaging. Our system isn't able to process partial returns for individual items within a bundle.

Keeping part of a bundle
If you decide to keep one item and return the rest, the bundle discount no longer applies. In these rare cases, the item you've kept will be adjusted to its individual retail price, and your refund will be calculated based on the difference.

For the best experience and to ensure your refund is processed correctly, please return the bundle in full and then simply re-order the individual item you'd like to keep.

Watersports Outlet offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you have experienced a problem due to a manufacturing fault within this period, we are happy to act on your behalf and contact the brand to initiate a claim. To do this, please complete our Warranty Claim Form.

All warranty claims must be handled in the country the item was originally shipped to. In the event an item needs to be returned to the original country to process a warranty claim, the customer will be responsible for any extra shipping charges incurred.

If you have purchased a product with an extended warranty, the extension is offered by the brand and not Watersports Outlet. If you experience a problem with a product outside of the 12-month warranty offered by Watersports Outlet, you will need to contact the brand to initiate a claim.

Our warranty policy does not apply to items that have been purchased for use in commercial, rental, teaching or instructional program or activities.

Damage from sunlight, use in chlorine, improper recreational use or care, or any damage beyond the product's natural life expectancy is not covered under warranty.

Common issues

If you have purchased an inflatable SUP or kayak, please check the following common queries and/or contact us with details about the problem, before returning the product to us for a warranty claim.

SUP is leaking at valve
The valve might be slightly misaligned or need tightening. This is really common and is because the board has been rolled up in the storage box for a while. We recommend using the valve spanner in the repair kit to loosen off the valve a couple of turns, check the thread for any obstructions, then retighten.

Kayak is leaking
Leaks originate at the valve or bladder. We recommend switching the valves over. If the leak moves to the opposing bladder then there is an issue with the valve. If not, then there may be an issue with the bladder itself. Either issue can be easily fixed with a replacement part, which we can provide.

Kayak is warped or material is uneven
Sometimes the skin on brand new kayaks can stick to the bladder. We recommend removing the bladder completely and inflating it. This will iron out any creases for re-insertion and will usually fix the problem.
